I was born and raised in Lima- Perú, where I currently live.
I started my art career as a fashion designer and later attended Margarita Checa´s sculpture workshop, where I studied for eight years. Subsequently, I enrolled at Corriente Alterna, an art school where I took drawing and painting lessons for six years. I now have a studio of my own, where I have been working for many years.
The human figure has always attracted me and I have always worked on it in my paintings and in my sculpture.
All the emotional moments in my life: my little children growing older, the empty house,the distance when they went far away , the long distance pregnancies, the childbirths, and the far away grandchildren touched me deeply and are represented in my work.
My work has been exhibited in Peru, in Art New England Penthouses in Boston and the Attelboro Museum in the United States. Also, I also participated a conquest in Ancona – Italia (July 2011) and I won a prize in bronze sculpture.
